Job Overview
We are seeking an International Voice Process Agent to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role requires handling customer service operations primarily for international clients.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate degree is acceptable.
Experience
- At least six months of prior experience in customer service within an international BPO setting is required.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal abilities.
- Strong comprehension skills for understanding client needs.
Work Schedule
Candidates must be prepared to work US shift hours.
Location
The position is based in Jaipur.
Salary & Compensation
The annual cost to company (CTC) is ₹420,000.
