About the Role

Policybazaar is seeking motivated International Sales Executives to join their expanding team based in Gurugram, Haryana. The position involves promoting and selling insurance products to an international clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting insurance products.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Offer comprehensive information regarding the company's insurance products and services.
• Support customers in making well-informed insurance decisions.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience ranging from none up to five years in sales roles.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Competent under stressful conditions and skilled at conflict resolution.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in one or more Indian regional languages is required.
• Prior knowledge of insurance products is advantageous.
• The candidate must be adaptable to fast-paced work settings.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Workweek consists of six days.
• Salary ranges from 300000 to 420000 INR per annum, supplemented with unlimited incentives based on performance.
