Role overview
Tata Consultancy Services is hiring an Interline Professional for an on-site role in Mumbai or Gurugram. The position focuses on handling interline billing work, resolving multi-stage rejects, and managing related correspondence.
What you will handle
- Process both incoming and outgoing billing activities.
- Work through complex rejects that involve multiple stages of review or correction.
- Maintain and respond to interline correspondence as part of the billing workflow.
Required background
Candidates should have experience working with a CRS platform such as Amadeus or an equivalent system. Prior exposure to Sirax is considered an added advantage.
