About the Company

Basic Hitech Furniture Private Limited is recruiting an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and carpentry tasks for both residential and commercial projects.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out, carpentry, and finishing work at various sites.
• Liaise effectively with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
• Interpret and implement 2D architectural drawings and approved shop drawings.
• Maintain stringent control over quality, safety standards, and track ongoing project progress.
• Organize manpower allocation, materials procurement, and plan daily work schedules efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within the designated budget.
• Compile daily progress reports and coordinate communications with the Head Office.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and carpentry project supervision.
• Proven expertise in handling residential, commercial, office, hospitality, and retail project types.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to read and execute detailed technical drawings accurately.
