Job Overview

Join a reputable interior and architectural design firm based in Kolkata as an Interior Site Incharge. This role focuses on overseeing and managing interior project sites to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and control daily activities at interior project locations.
Ensure all site work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and labor teams for seamless coordination.
Efficiently manage labor force while maintaining high safety and quality benchmarks.
Monitor project progress continuously and address any issues arising onsite.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Proven experience in supervising interior sites and handling related projects.
Sound understanding and working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve onsite challenges promptly.
Ability to manage teams and maintain quality control.
