Compensation and Work Schedule
- Earn weekly pay reflecting the prior week's completed work.
- Training pay from weeks 1 to 4 at €14.15 per hour.
- From week 5 through month 5, receive a field training hourly rate of €14.42.
- After week 5, the rate card pay scale applies.
- Average annual earnings by month 6 are approximately €39,000, based on a five-day workweek from Monday to Saturday.
- Average earnings increase to roughly €47,000 annually by the tenth month under the rate card, maintaining a Monday to Saturday schedule.
- Sunday work is compensated at double pay rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Install telecommunications cables and equipment as guided by training.
- Ensure outstanding customer service from initial contact through to job completion.
- Use field applications to document work activities and completion status.
- Participate in continual skill development and training sessions.
- Exercise caution to avoid loss or damage when working on client premises.
- Promptly report any accidents.
- Utilize devices and tools to identify and track faults.
- Operate power tools and ladders adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
- Comply strictly with all health and safety standards and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full manual driving license is mandatory.
- Comprehensive training provided regardless of prior experience.
- Experience handling hand and power tools.
- Good manual dexterity paired with sharp problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
