Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative contributes significantly to the growth of Nestlé Professional Solutions by managing customer accounts, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating closely with the sales teams. This role focuses on retaining and expanding existing business while onboarding new accounts by selling products, executing promotional activities, distributing marketing materials, managing order logistics, troubleshooting equipment, and converting leads through CRM software.
Location and Hours
Based in Seattle, WA, this role requires onsite presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Working hours begin between 6:00 am and 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time to adequately support customers on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information, venue details, and program documentation within the customer management system.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.
- Manage account tasks including setup, maintenance, equipment servicing, dispute resolution, product monitoring, and claim handling efficiently.
- Conduct proactive outreach calls segmented by customer tier to promote sales and provide support.
- Implement tailored sales tactics to identify and leverage opportunities in existing accounts for profitable outcomes.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients in the assigned territory or market to generate new product sales.
- Track and report weekly sales metrics and activities to meet KPIs and sales objectives.
- Prepare monthly and annual performance reports analyzing portfolio results to benchmark progress and support goal achievement.
- Manage beverage business leads by qualifying and converting them into active accounts or disqualifying unfit prospects.
- Drive sales closure by managing qualified CRM opportunities aligned with monthly and annual targets.
- Participate in team communications and attend annual regional meetings or occasional business travels to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Work Environment and Travel
This position is office-based with occasional travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range is $65,000 to $75,000, with exact compensation contingent on background, skills, and location.
