Job Overview
The Inside Sales Counselor will be responsible for managing both outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective clients effectively. This role demands clear and confident communication to present company offerings and align solutions with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from potential customers.
- Convey the features and benefits of the company's services in a persuasive manner.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads and maintain precise records of all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and conversion objectives.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate successful lead closures.
