Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Position Overview

Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking a motivated customer service professional to join as a Work-from-Home Customer Care Executive. This remote role allows you to support clients directly from your home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and promptly to various customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate information and issue resolution.
• Understand customer needs by applying strong communication skills and engaging effectively with customers.
• Collaborate productively with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve customer problems and enhance service delivery. Provide customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments.

Work Setup and Requirements

• Maintain a distraction-free, professional home workspace equipped with reliable internet, 6-8GB RAM, necessary hardware, and software tools for efficient daily operations.
• Flexible work hours on a rotational schedule spanning 9 hours per day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with one rotational weekly day off.

Candidate Qualifications

• Completion of at least 12th-grade education.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to empathize, stay patient, and manage pressure effectively.
• Familiarity with remote work technologies such as video conferencing and collaboration platforms.

Additional Information

• Salary offered up to INR 16,000 per month (CTC).
• Work timing is rotational with 9 hours per shift.
• One day off per week on a rotating basis.
• Head office location: Fitway Enclave, DN Block 12, DN Block, Sector-5, Kolkata - 91.
• Interview timings are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
