Job description
Overview
Solvo Global is seeking a meticulous and analytical Implementation QA Specialist to operate onsite in Nairobi County, Kenya. This role involves supporting client onboarding procedures, conducting quality assurance audits, validating data integrity, reporting, and driving operational excellence initiatives while interfacing closely with internal teams and clients.
Key Duties
- Validate and review data to confirm accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in client onboarding and implementation-related activities.
- Perform quality inspections and highlight opportunities for process optimization.
- Maintain and organize reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to guarantee smooth project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to corporate standards and procedural compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance, client success, customer operations, account management, benefits administration, HR operations, or comparable areas.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience handling reports, KPIs, performing audits, and data validation tasks.
- Highly organized with effective communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- English communication skills equivalent to B2 level or higher.
Preferred Skills
- Background in benefits administration, HR, payroll, or compliance processes.
- Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, Salesforce, Zendesk, PrismHR, or similar software tools.
- Prior involvement in supporting client onboarding or implementation efforts.
Working Hours
This full-time position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
