Role Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. This position is responsible for managing daily HR activities, including the execution of HR policies, assisting managers in performance management, and ensuring uniform application of HR protocols. The supervisor is also tasked with managing employee relations challenges such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement programs, while keeping precise HR records and documentation.

Additional duties include organizing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to labor laws, collaborating with leadership to improve workplace culture and organizational efficiency, preparing HR reports, supporting training and development initiatives, and acting as a reliable contact for both employees and management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Human Resources and HR management, especially in overseeing everyday HR functions.
• Strong capabilities in employee relations and performance management, including addressing workplace conflicts and facilitating performance evaluations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies with skills in interpreting, executing, and maintaining compliant HR practices.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a collaborative mindset and high regard for confidentiality.
• Experience in the food and beverage sector or similar industries, understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws, and proficiency in HR information systems are preferred.
