Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our expanding freight brokerage team and manage recruitment alongside day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

At least two years of HR experience, ideally within freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sectors.
Expertise in talent acquisition and handling employee relations effectively.
Possession of an active LinkedIn profile with an extensive professional network.
Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Familiarity with hiring roles related to sales, operations, and logistics is advantageous.
Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle various recruitment demands.

Additional Details

Work location is Ludhiana and the employment type is full-time.
