Overview
Modern Food Company Ltd. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified HR Representative to oversee comprehensive HR operations and contribute to effective employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including employee transfers, promotions, and contract modifications.
- Maintain precise employee records ensuring all personnel files and documentation comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Administer probation confirmations, contract renewals, resignations, terminations, and changes in employee employment status.
- Execute daily HR administrative transactions in strict adherence to company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Draft HR-related letters, employment certificates, contracts, and other official employee correspondence.
- Ensure meticulous upkeep of HR documentation, both physical and digital, reflecting accurate personnel data.
- Address and resolve HR service requests promptly to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate with multiple departments such as Payroll, Government Relations, Finance, Recruitment, and IT to facilitate smooth HR functions.
- Manage monthly payroll input tasks encompassing new hires, resignations, salary revisions, and employee data updates.
- Guarantee timely and precise processing of payroll-related activities.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of employee details within HRIS platforms.
- Generate comprehensive HR reports and dashboards to support operational strategies and managerial decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, notably Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and contemporary HR best practices.
- Discreet handling of confidential information and adept at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi are considered advantageous.
