Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to join the team focusing on the Edtech industry. This role offers a flexible work from home arrangement with a schedule from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and a salary up to 18,000 INR per month. The position is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential candidates using a variety of recruitment platforms and methods.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and facilitate scheduling and communication for client interviews.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Maintain and update the candidate database along with recruitment trackers regularly.
- Develop and nurture effective relationships with clients and candidates to support business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities for identifying suitable candidates.
- Excellent communication skills paired with effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in using recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented and well-organized, able to manage priorities to meet recruitment targets.
Additional Information
The role requires commitment from Monday through Saturday with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. The salary offered goes up to 18,000 INR per month and includes a work-from-home option.
