About the Role
Join the central HR Operations team of a prominent education provider based in Croydon as an HR Onboarding Administrator. This temporary position is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process for all new Head Office staff, delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee thorough pre-employment screening in line with safer recruitment standards.
- Manage contract administration and coordinate accurate payroll setup procedures.
- Facilitate all onboarding requirements and support induction activities for new employees.
