HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our vibrant team at Dr Joy Dental Clinic located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. This position requires working onsite and involves supporting essential human resources functions to enhance our organizational operations. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
• Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate within the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication efforts.
• Contribute to payroll processing and oversee benefits administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and provide HR-related assistance.
• Support and coordinate training and development programs to foster staff growth.
• Compile HR reports and prepare necessary documentation for review by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in human resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with UAE labor legislation.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information prudently.
• Proficient in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Holding HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting is beneficial.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
