About the Role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator specialized in scheduling interviews to join our team in Plano, TX. This 12-month contract position requires presence onsite at least three days per week. The Coordinator will be the key liaison managing interview schedules between candidates, recruiting teams, and internal clients to ensure smooth operations throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad hoc and power day interview scheduling activities.
- Act as the primary contact for scheduling interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize interview times and dates with candidates and clients.
- Assist candidates with guidance throughout onsite and virtual interview processes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure flawless interview execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interview panel members, and executive/administrative staff.
- Handle confidential files and sensitive information responsibly and professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and communications among candidates, recruiters, and travel vendors.
- Prepare and organize interview documentation, reports, and consensus meeting materials.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
- At least one year of customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills.
