About the Role

Join our hotel team in Lucknow as a Housekeeping Associate, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This full-time position requires working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and upkeep guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and other public spaces thoroughly.
• Change linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies consistently.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing tasks following hotel standards.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals by ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Report maintenance problems, damages, or lost and found items to supervisors promptly.
• Operate housekeeping tools and cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
• Dispose of waste correctly to maintain hygiene.
• Manage housekeeping stock and supplies efficiently.
• Adhere to hotel SOPs and safety protocols rigorously.
• Respond swiftly to housekeeping-related guest requests.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and courteous interaction with guests.

• Basic understanding of housekeeping processes and standards.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Education: Minimum completion of 10th or 12th grade. Hotel Management or Housekeeping diploma/certificate is advantageous but not compulsory.
