Role Overview
The Hotel Manager position is a fully remote, full-time role responsible for managing operational and service aspects of hotel-focused training materials and virtual experiences. This includes coordinating hospitality mock interview scenarios to deliver realistic and high-quality practice aligned with hotel management standards. The manager will collaborate with experts and internal teams to design and refine hospitality service protocols, guest experience simulations, and operational checklists, ensuring relevance with current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and improve hospitality-related mock interview scenarios focusing on hotel services.
- Coordinate with industry professionals and teams to update training content and service guidelines.
- Analyze user feedback to optimize hospitality content quality and relevance.
- Address customer queries related to hotel management career pathways.
- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts aimed at hospitality professionals.
- Develop and recommend best practices for hotel operations reflected in training materials.
Qualification Requirements
- Demonstrated strong customer service aptitude emphasizing guest satisfaction and professional handling of inquiries.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight related to hotel or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of hospitality sales, including upselling and revenue support strategies.
- Understanding of Food & Beverage operations, ensuring coordination between front and back of house services.
- Familiarity with receptionist tasks such as check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management.
- Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality operations is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills suitable for a remote work setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
