Localization Requirement

This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals to support Saudization and localization policies.

Role Overview

The Hostess at Café Boulud will serve as the primary greeting point for guests, ensuring a warm, inviting first interaction and maintaining Four Seasons' top-tier service standards. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating table assignments, and overseeing a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

The hostess will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Management and Service teams, manage restaurant flow, optimize seating efficiency, and promptly address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Between six months and one year of experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or guest service roles, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments
• Prior experience as a hostess or managing restaurant reservations is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in spoken English and Arabic preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems; experience with SevenRooms is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capability
• Professional appearance conforming to Four Seasons grooming standards
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
