Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with genuine warmth, confidence, and attentive care.
• Organize and manage both reservations and walk-in guests efficiently and calmly.
• Control the flow and pace of customer service from arrival onwards.
• Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure seamless operations.
• Foster positive first and final impressions for every guest.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Competitive hourly wage starting at £12.75, with tronc payments typically increasing total earnings to between £12.75 and £15.50 per hour.
• Wages are paid biweekly, with tronc distributed monthly on the final Friday.
