Hospital Receptionist

About the Role

Holistic Dental Care LLP, located in DLF Phase 4, Gurugram, is seeking a warm, professional, and motivated Receptionist. This individual will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and will manage a variety of front desk and basic accounting-related tasks. The candidate should be communicative, computer-literate at a basic level, and personable.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and reception duties effectively.
• Welcome and assist patients warmly and professionally.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle essential documentation.
• Perform fundamental financial tasks related to billing and accounts.
• Serve as a liaison among doctors, patients, and staff members.
• Keep the reception area tidy and well organized.
• Ensure high-quality customer service that fosters positive patient experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication abilities in English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications.
• Familiarity with elementary accounts management is advantageous.
• A pleasant demeanor and professional conduct.
• A customer-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹36,000, determined by the candidate's experience and skill level.

Work Schedule and Leave Policy

• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
• Employees are expected to work Monday through Sunday.
• There are 5 days of leave available per month.
