Meraki Talent is collaborating with a pioneering entrant in the global online trading arena that aims to revolutionize retail brokerage services. Supported by substantial funding and established by veteran executives, this enterprise is set to launch in Q1 2027 with a vision to develop a cutting-edge retail brokerage built on strong operational foundations and integrity.

The leadership team is currently being formed to build the company from the ground up, with this position initially offering full remote work flexibility until the firm’s launch. This unique role provides the opportunity to influence and create the operational infrastructure without the constraints of legacy processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead the operational framework of the brokerage ahead of its market debut.
• Manage daily operational infrastructure for the brokerage.
• Supervise MT4/MT5 operational procedures, including controls and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor trade booking, reconciliations, and manage operational risks.
• Lead onboarding and integration processes for payment service providers (PSPs), overseeing their ongoing management.
• Administer client onboarding, account creation, and operational workflows.
• Establish strict operational controls, policies, and governance protocols.
• Support audits and meet regulatory reporting standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead an operations team as the company scales.
• Drive operational productivity improvements using automation and AI technologies such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Role Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in Retail CFD Operations.
• Minimum two years of team management experience.
• Demonstrated success in creating or enhancing operational frameworks within retail brokerage environments.
• Deep understanding of PSP onboarding and payment operation processes.
• Practical knowledge of bridge technologies such as OneZero and/or Centroid.
• Expertise managing MT4/MT5 operational environments.
• Comprehensive grasp of trade lifecycle management, operational risk mitigation, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience supporting financial audits and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style comfortable in dynamic and entrepreneurial settings.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
