Head of Operations

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to oversee and enhance the company's operational functions. This senior leadership role involves formulating and executing operational strategies that align with organizational goals, optimizing business processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
• Manage daily operational activities to achieve productivity, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Track and analyze vital operational metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvements, automation, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals and customer needs.
• Oversee resource management, workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
• Identify operational risks and establish mitigation plans to maintain continuity.
• Drive change management, organizational transformation, and ongoing improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, quality requirements, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop managers and operational teams to foster accountability and high performance.
• Support strategic business planning, expansion efforts, and new opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated background in operations, business management, supply chain, logistics, or similar executive roles.
• Deep knowledge of operational strategies, process optimization, and managing organizational performance.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in expansive operational settings.
• Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving, and sound decision-making capacity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, and operational reporting tools.
• Capacity to excel in dynamic, fast-growing business environments.
• Solid commercial insight and strategic business understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; MBA or leadership credentials advantageous.
