Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to collaborate closely with the founders and leadership during this vital scaling phase. This is a critical and high-impact role for someone eager to contribute to building the company from the ground up, rather than merely managing ongoing functions. The position presents a unique opportunity to influence how AI reshapes healthcare, particularly nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation as the company expands swiftly to new healthcare clients.
- Create scalable, repeatable processes enabling expansion across hundreds of healthcare facilities.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to develop scalable solutions.
- Design validation and quality assurance workflows for AI-based healthcare offerings.
- Examine edge cases to enhance AI accuracy and collaborate with engineering to refine workflows.
- Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements and operational enhancements.
- Manage new business initiatives from inception, such as billing workflows, compliance operations, and reimbursement programs.
- Work alongside clinical professionals to translate healthcare requirements into scalable operational systems.
- Assist with hiring, team building, and process improvements company-wide.
- Engage proactively with top priority opportunities and challenges as the company grows.
Candidate Profile
- Between 5 and 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product operations, strategy, startups, or similar fields.
- Adaptable generalist who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Analytical thinker skilled at decomposing complex problems and driving execution.
- Data-driven decision-maker comfortable with leveraging metrics and insights.
- Effective communicator capable of bridging teams including customers, engineering, clinical experts, and executives.
- Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for utilizing AI to transform traditional industries.
- Demonstrates high ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a high-growth technology company.
- Track record of scaling operations from early to growth stages.
- Background in healthcare, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations.
- Founding or startup experience is a plus.
- MBA or experience in consulting highly valued.
