Job Overview
We are seeking a Hausmeister/in to join our team as soon as possible, contributing to the upkeep and optimal condition of our buildings and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing the care and maintenance of all buildings and related installations
- Monitoring technical systems and safety measures
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinating construction and renovation projects
- Maintaining green areas and outdoor facilities
Candidate Profile
- Manual dexterity and practical experience
- Strong knowledge of building technology and applicable statutes and regulations
- Experience in maintenance operations
- Flexibility and quick comprehension skills
- Dependability and sense of responsibility
