About the Role
Podi Cafe, a distinguished cafe and fine dining restaurant located in Ahmedabad, is seeking a vibrant and professional Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to enhance guest experiences. This position is exclusively for female candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive.
- Manage table bookings and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
- Address guest questions and feedback courteously and professionally.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure each guest has a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only, physically presentable with a minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches.
- Possess an attractive and professional appearance.
- Strong spoken English abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest service processes is advantageous.
- A positive and courteous attitude with a readiness to assist visitors.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be valued.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
- Company provides complimentary accommodation and meals.
- Work schedule spans 10 hours daily with 4 days off monthly.
