Guest Experience Specialist, Butler

Job Overview

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist (Butler) who is attentive and focused on delivering exceptional service to guests. This role involves providing highly personalized and anticipatory service to enhance the luxury experience for visitors. You will be instrumental in creating unforgettable moments by foreseeing guest needs, organizing tailored arrangements, and ensuring smooth service throughout their stay.

Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with arrivals and in-room introductions.
• Deliver butler services including packing/unpacking, garment care, and managing special guest requests.
• Coordinate guest preferences and special preparations before, during, and after their stay.
• Help with pre-arrival amenities, room setups, and preparing for VIP guests.
• Respond quickly to guest inquiries, providing solutions and anticipating additional requirements.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive guest service delivery.
• Keep detailed records of guest preferences and service encounters.
• Maintain high standards reflecting The Luxury Collection brand values in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed at least GCE ‘O’ Level or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum one year experience in hospitality, front office, or guest service roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong guest-focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
