Role Overview

As Covariance expands its go-to-market (GTM) team, the company seeks a talented GTM Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment of revenue and post-sales roles such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants. Qualifications

  • Between 3 and 6+ years of recruiting experience focused on GTM roles
  • Proven track record hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Consultants in B2B SaaS contexts
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales processes and post-sales organization
  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage or growing startups
  • Capability to independently manage full-cycle hiring with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in developing clear candidate profiles based on role needs
  • Skilled at sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels and creative methods
  • Experienced in creating structured interview plans and scorecards tailored to GTM roles
  • Able to coach managers on interview and calibration best practices
  • Strong organizational skills to track and improve recruiting metrics and processes
