Role Overview

We are seeking a gifted and mission-focused Graphic Designer to join the Communications Team. This position's purpose is to visually narrate the gospel's beauty and the church’s life across diverse platforms. Ideal candidates bring creativity, collaboration skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a sharp eye for aesthetically pleasing and impactful design. A strong appreciation for the local church and a passion for serving its mission through design expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency and direction as guided by the Communications and Creative Director.
• Create digital and printed materials adhering to established brand standards.
• Manage staff access to brand elements such as fonts and color palettes.
• Design graphics for various mediums, including digital screens, print, web, social media, and video content supporting ministries and church initiatives.
• Assist with design support related to video editing and production.
• Support the visual communication needs related to building and facilities, including signage.
• Collaborate on creative projects from initial concept through final execution alongside the Communications and Creative Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a design-related field.
• At least two years professional experience in graphic design or a creative discipline.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Canva.
