Role overview
L'BRI PURE n' NATURAL is hiring a Graphic Designer to work from its Mukwonago, WI office. The position is in the skincare/beauty industry and focuses on creating polished visual assets that support the brand across packaging, digital campaigns, social media, print, events, and e-commerce. The designer will partner with multiple teams to help launch products, run campaigns, and deliver a consistent premium look for an aloe-based skincare brand.
Core accountabilities
- Deliver creative work for assigned digital and print assets from concept through execution.
- Protect and reinforce the brand’s premium identity across every design output.
- Keep production files organized and ready so materials can be manufactured without errors.
- Communicate project progress clearly and promptly with cross-functional partners.
- Continuously build design capability and stay current with trends in the field.
Key responsibilities
- Develop graphics for print and digital use, including packaging layouts, retail displays, and marketing collateral.
- Create launch assets, product information visuals, email and newsletter graphics, website visuals, and e-commerce creative for a connected shopping experience.
- Produce attention-grabbing static posts, motion assets, and video content for social channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Instagram.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines consistently across all customer-facing materials.
- Design print-ready skincare packaging, labels, and cartons that meet compliance requirements.
- Edit short-form videos and other social media content for marketing use.
- Assist with product photography shoots and help organize strong brand image libraries.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to turn market feedback into updated visual tools such as pitch decks, one-pagers, product fact sheets, catalogs, and brochures.
- Use AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation, concept development, and asset production.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty or consumer products.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects, plus Canva.
- Familiarity with CapCut and AI-powered design tools such as FireFly is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of print production, including dielines, color control, and finishing techniques.
- A varied portfolio showing brand design, packaging work, video editing samples, and photography.
