  • Own design projects from initial idea through final delivery while meeting scope, quality, and deadline expectations.
  • Build or refine procedures that improve the efficiency of the design process.
  • Work with channel owners and cross-functional partners to keep visuals aligned with brand standards, strategic goals, and project objectives.
  • Adapt creative for digital environments including web, email, and social platforms to improve usability and engagement.
  • Use AI tools and other resources to support high-quality output, error reduction, and a faster workflow.
  • Stay current on design tools, technologies, and industry developments to keep work fresh and effective.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions, contributing creative direction and ideas.
  • Maintain ZERO logo assets and manage the organization’s photo library usage.
  • Present concepts and finished work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revisions.
  • Organize and maintain design files in a structured and accessible way.
  • Handle multiple design requests efficiently, even when resources are limited.

Compensation and benefits
