- Coordinate product and content email campaigns from early planning through final rollout.
- Maintain the global social media content calendar and keep it aligned with the overall brand direction.
- Assist with product filming and creation of social media content when required.
- Monitor changes in social media trends and channel developments across multiple platforms.
- Partner with international and local marketing teams to keep collaboration smooth and objectives aligned.
- Act as a dependable coordination link between global marketing plans and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- At least 2 years of practical marketing experience, ideally in a multi-market or international environment.
- Strong organizational ability and a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting with varied stakeholders.
- Good strategic understanding of social media across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong creative judgement and careful attention to visual and written detail.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with willingness to go beyond the immediate brief.
- Positive, approachable attitude and a collaborative working style.
What you’ll get
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful global brand work, including product launches and campaigns that support families worldwide.
- Exposure to international collaboration across Europe, North America, and Asia.
- Room for professional development and career progression within a growing global business.
- A dynamic, collaborative environment where creativity, teamwork, and new ideas are encouraged.
