About the Role
G.James VIC Glass Operations, located in Campbellfield, Victoria, is inviting motivated individuals to apply for the position of Glass Utility Worker. This role offers hands-on involvement with various factory processes including loading and unloading trucks and supporting production activities. The position is ideal for those eager to develop practical manufacturing skills and build a lasting career in a family-owned Australian company known for its quality and employee development.
Prior experience in glass handling is advantageous but not mandatory as full training and ongoing development are provided to aid your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on tasks across multiple factory processes such as truck loading, unloading, and production support.
- Handle and transport glass materials safely within the facility.
- Learn and execute a variety of production-related duties through offered training.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in factories, production lines, or warehouse settings is preferred; glass industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with manual handling and strong adherence to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail, high commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Eagerness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and grow professionally.
