General Utility Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a General Utility Worker at Aramark in Kingston, Ontario. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Guarantee guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including the three-compartment sink and adjacent areas.
• Inspect equipment to confirm it is clean and functioning properly; promptly report any malfunctions to management personnel.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial duties as required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Comply fully with Aramark safety protocols, focusing on food safety and sanitation.
• Protect company assets by following security guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of sanitation processes and procedures.
• Ability to adhere to safety standards, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Possession of a High School Diploma.
