  • Facilitate office relocations, moves, and re-layouts.
  • Support planned preventive maintenance (PPM), energy, waste, and cleaning inspections across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including inspecting fire and safety signage and advising on any issues.
  • Install monitors, desks, and other furniture or equipment as required by the client.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by the line manager within competency scope.
