Team and Business Line

Job Role

• Prepare periodic financial reports for institutional clients including calculating Net Asset Value, and compiling Statements of Assets, Liabilities, Profit and Loss.
• Perform financial control tasks covering assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and equity.
• Conduct independent reconciliations of cash, portfolios, and capital, addressing any discrepancies found.
• Review and handle capital call and distribution notices from underlying portfolio fund holdings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client operations teams, banks, custodians, and brokers.
• Ensure adherence to client service agreements.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and launching new funds effectively.
• Contribute to the fiscal year-end audit by providing necessary information to auditors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy client requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or professional certification such as CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, or CPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, professional, fast-paced workplace.
• Experience in financial services or public accounting is advantageous.
