Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Full Time Merchandiser to join PepsiCo Beverages in Hawkesbury, Ontario. This role involves actively distributing our popular beverage brands to consumers throughout Canada. Ideal candidates are ambitious, diligent, enjoy facing challenges head-on, and value teamwork and strong organizational skills. This position is suitable for individuals who thrive working independently and prefer engaging with the community rather than sitting behind a desk.
Work Environment and Schedule
- Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Shift: Daytime hours

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $25.45 with full-time hours plus opportunities for overtime

Primary Responsibilities
- Stocking Pepsi beverages on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment
- Ensuring all promotional materials are effectively placed and product shelves are fully stocked
- Collaborating with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to maintain exceptional service levels for all accounts
- Keeping stock rooms organized and tidy
- Removing expired products to maintain product freshness
Required Qualifications
- Completion of High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent
- Open to students and individuals with diverse backgrounds
- Valid Class G driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
- Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
Additional Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in merchandising or customer service
- Prior exposure to grocery store environments
