Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to departure, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Maintain composure and professionalism during busy arrival periods.
• Prepare and conclude your shift by keeping the front office area organized and efficient.

Candidate Profile

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent proficiency in English language.
• Ability to inspire and motivate both colleagues and guests.
• Familiarity with the city, offering insightful local tips to guests.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially under challenging circumstances.
