About the Role

We are seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to join the in-house creative team of a respected commercial real estate firm in Philadelphia, PA. This contract role covers maternity leave from September through December, requiring presence onsite five days a week. The position offers a collaborative and dynamic work setting, focused on producing polished, modern marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing print and digital marketing materials aligned with brand standards
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative departments on daily projects
• Handle multiple project deadlines and balance competing priorities effectively
• Assist with production updates and ongoing graphic design requirements

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design
• Portfolio evidencing clean, high-quality design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Keen understanding of branding principles, typography, and layout composition
• Ability and willingness to work onsite and engage collaboratively with a creative team

Additional Details

• Duration: 4-month contract from September to December
• Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility
• Location: Philadelphia, PA, onsite five days a week
