Food Counter Attendant

Job Overview

This role requires English communication and is ideally suited for candidates with approximately 7 months to less than one year of experience. The position is strictly on-site at the physical location in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and clear tables, trays, and chairs to maintain an organized dining environment
• Package take-out orders efficiently and with care
• Portion and wrap food items as required
• Prepare, heat, and complete simple food items to meet quality standards
• Serve customers at service counters or buffet stations courteously
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh items
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and trash in a timely manner
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish the floors to ensure cleanliness
