Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and implementing promotional strategies that highlight the hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and unique culinary experiences. This position contributes to creating innovative marketing campaigns that raise brand recognition, boost guest involvement, increase patronage and revenue, and establish the hotel's dining outlets as leading culinary destinations.
Collaboration
This role works closely with senior leadership — including the Director of Marketing, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and operational teams — to devise campaigns, manage partnerships, oversee marketing collateral, analyze campaign results, and uncover fresh opportunities to enhance the Food & Beverage segment's presence across digital and traditional marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing campaigns promoting the hotel's food and beverage outlets, spa dining options, and special culinary events.
- Drive Food & Beverage revenue, cover counts, and profitability through inventive marketing strategies.
- Organize seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, theme-based dining experiences, new product introductions, and exclusive events.
- Partner with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure promotions reflect guest experiences and operational feasibility.
- Conceptualize promotional ideas that bolster outlet reputations and engage customers effectively.
- Scout and develop new partnerships, promotional efforts, and business opportunities to raise visibility and revenue.
- Maintain and manage the Food & Beverage promotional calendar on an annual and monthly basis.
- Oversee campaign rollouts across channels including digital, social media, websites, emails, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, suggesting actionable improvements.
- Support promotional photo shoots, video productions, and creative content generation.
- Prepare marketing assets such as menus, flyers, ads, digital creatives, and social media posts consistent with the hotel's luxury branding.
- Coordinate marketing communications with broader marketing efforts to amplify campaign reach.
- Participate in public relations activities linked to Food & Beverage promotions and events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with media, influencers, lifestyle brands, and strategic collaborators.
- Manage collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships to extend brand exposure.
- Assist in organizing restaurant awards, culinary showcases, and community involvement programs.
- Maintain strong connections with suppliers and external marketing agencies.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of competitors, dining trends, consumer preferences, and new market developments.
- Analyze data on campaign effectiveness, customer feedback, and operational metrics, preparing monthly performance reports.
- Identify ways to enhance customer engagement and boost Food & Beverage income.
- Handle marketing schedules, campaign timelines, documentation of sponsorships, contracts, and promotional materials.
- Prepare detailed campaign briefs and maintain open communication with operational departments.
- Attend departmental meetings and fulfill administrative duties as needed.
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct, adhere to health, safety, hygiene, fire, and confidentiality policies.
- Participate in relevant training, meetings, and hotel events.
- Foster collaborative relationships across hotel divisions.
- Perform any additional tasks as delegated by the Director of Marketing or Director of Sales & Marketing.
