Role Overview

As an F&B Hostess, you will contribute to the Food & Beverage operations supporting guest satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and driving business success. Your responsibilities include fostering guest contentment, maintaining a hygienic and safe environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This involves cultivating a collaborative team atmosphere, providing prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and F&B standards, managing daily team relations, and promoting problem-solving through adequate training and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
