About the Role

Join Minor Hotels at the Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, where you will be part of a globally recognized hospitality group managing over 530 properties across more than 50 countries. As a Food and Beverage Hostess, your central responsibility is to enhance the guest dining experience at the hotel through attentive service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the Food & Beverage area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage operations to maximize guest satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Foster a safe and sanitary environment adhering to hygiene guidelines.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products in line with brand standards.
• Encourage a strong and cooperative team atmosphere.
• Provide prompt and courteous service consistent with Food & Beverage standards.
• Manage daily team relations and promote problem-solving through training and empowerment.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• A passion for leadership and working collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail towards achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent skills in guest service and communication.
