About the Role

We are seeking a Floor Coordinator to join SBoss deployed at an SBI branch in Bangalore. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary package of ₹3,00,000, with a monthly take-home pay of ₹20,000. Candidates with any graduate degree are eligible, and both freshers and experienced individuals can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers visiting the SBI branch and assist them efficiently.
• Guide patrons to the correct banking counters and services based on their needs.
• Manage queues to maintain smooth operational flow within the branch.
• Support customers in account opening, passbook updates, cash deposits, and use of digital banking tools.
• Collaborate closely with branch staff to provide timely and effective customer service.
• Address and resolve common customer inquiries, escalating when necessary.
• Encourage use of digital banking offerings and self-service kiosks.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and a welcoming environment throughout the branch premises.
• Adhere strictly to branch policies and operational guidelines.
