About the Role

Join a leading global logistics company committed to connecting people worldwide through efficient cross-border express delivery. As a Fleet & Facilities Executive based in Al Khobar, you will play a vital role in overseeing the maintenance and management of company facilities and vehicle fleets to uphold service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update records of leased and owned infrastructure within the region.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Identify future development needs and manage detailed facility and fleet projects.
  • Prepare and submit business case applications for lease renewals and new facilities, ensuring timely processing and approvals.
  • Provide regular financial and utilities reporting to head office and coordinate timely payments.
  • Manage and oversee facility improvement, maintenance projects, and maintenance staff supervision.
  • Plan for replacement or expansion of facilities including hubs, gateways, and service centers.
  • Offer engineering support for facility-related business cases, including route and cost analysis.
  • Administer lease negotiations, tendering, contractor supervision, and equipment procurement ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including securing local authority approvals.
  • Maintain project documentation, contractual obligations, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational data to enhance efficiency and maintain detailed logs of vehicle servicing and inspections.
  • Develop strategies to improve fuel efficiency and control daily facility expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations across service points and maintain security policies.
  • Conduct regular equipment testing like firefighting gear and maintain maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate with Service Centre Managers to schedule vehicle and facility maintenance.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, providing reports and preventive recommendations.
  • Manage supplier relationships for vehicle provisioning and maintenance, including evaluation and recommendation of alternatives.
  • Oversee fleet audits, vehicle repairs, replacements, and installation of logos.
  • Track fuel expenses and consumption, handle fines and deductions, and negotiate supplier invoices for cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in project management with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Business Case Application (BCA) processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical and administrative system knowledge.
