Overview
This role is for an FP&A professional responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring finance reports each month, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
- Build, update, and validate financial models using Excel and similar tools, including Power BI where needed.
- Work with teams across the business to turn financial insights into practical decisions.
- Handle urgent and ad-hoc requests from senior leadership in a timely manner.
- Review financial data to spot patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Profile
- Applicants should bring 6 to 11 years of experience in finance, especially in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical ability is needed to work through complex financial information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with budgeting and forecasting tools is expected.
- The person should be able to communicate clearly and present financial findings to non-finance audiences.
