Financial Planning Advisor with a U.S.-Based Company | Gurugram & Noida

About the Role

Our prestigious client, a leading financial planning firm from the U.S., invites passionate candidates for an opportunity to build a thriving career in financial advisory and client management. This role is based in Gurugram and Noida, intended for qualified hybrid candidates residing in the NCR region.

Key Details

• Work Location: Gurugram & Noida with hybrid model for NCR candidates only
• Working Hours: Night shift from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM
• Employment Type: Full-time

Eligibility and Experience

• Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA with Finance specialization), MBA (Finance), or M.Com. Graduates in BE/B.Tech or other technical fields are not eligible.
• Preferred Experience: Between 1 and 6 years in International BPO voice processes, especially with exposure to financial sectors.

Required Competencies

• Exceptional spoken communication skills are mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, mutual funds, and related financial products.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Take-Home Salary: INR 50,317 (Including INR 6,000 night shift allowance)
• Fixed Annual CTC: INR 647,000 (Inclusive of night shift allowance)
• Total Compensation Package: INR 683,000 (Fixed Salary with Annual Bonus and Night Shift Allowance)
• Joining Bonus of INR 150,000 applicable, disbursed over 18 months, subject to a 24-month repayment clause.
