Job Responsibilities

The role revolves around statutory compliance, comprehensive bookkeeping, accounting processes, and reconciliations:

• Manage statutory filings including preparing monthly GST calculations and submitting GSTR-3B forms, ensuring accurate input tax credit and tax computations.
• Oversee payroll-related compliance by handling TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax including calculation, filing, and timely payments.
• Regularly monitor relevant government portals to promptly address statutory notices and compliance-related issues.
• Maintain precise daily accounting records with proper categorization of all financial transactions.
• Capture corporate accounting entries, handle period-end adjustments, and preserve thorough financial documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of payments pertaining to vendors, statutory dues, and other corporate liabilities.
• Conduct reconciliations of the books of account with GST inward reports like GSTR-2A and 2B, rectifying discrepancies where found.
• Perform routine bank statement, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Candidate Eligibility and Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), M.Com, Inter-CA, or a similar financial field.
• Should possess between one to two years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting and adherence to Indian statutory regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting tools such as Tally Prime and Zoho Books is required.
• Solid knowledge of GST portal operations, TRACES for TDS, and EPFO/ESIC management portals is expected.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including use of functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and capabilities in data reconciliation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills for meeting all compliance deadlines.
• Applicants must have a minimum of one year experience and be located in Hyderabad.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from ₹400,000 to ₹650,000.
