Field Operation Specialist

About the Role

The Field Operation Specialist will be responsible for making physical visits to properties assigned, managing onboarding, tenant acquisition and tenant transitions. They will monitor maintenance work to ensure high quality, working closely with vendors and reporting through the Housewise App. This role requires independent management of operations while balancing shifting priorities as per managerial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits for property onboarding, tenant search, and tenant move in/out.
• Oversee maintenance activities conducted by vendors to guarantee quality standards.
• Prepare detailed property inspection reports using the Housewise App.
• Ensure timely identification and placement of high-quality tenants to avoid vacancies.
• Operate independently with strong efficiency and adaptability to priority changes.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to maintain seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably 2 to 10 years of experience in operations roles, though not mandatory.
• Experience in sectors such as logistics, fulfillment, service delivery, supply chain, banking, financial services, e-commerce, telecom, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills essential for effective coordination.
• Must be comfortable traveling within the city frequently and possess a personal two-wheeler.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under high-pressure conditions.
• Full-time commitment is required; part-time applicants will not be considered.
• Result-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and skill in managing multiple priorities concurrently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between INR 18,000 to INR 22,000.
